Hello, I'm Harsha.
Founder, social innovator and lifelong explorer of people, ideas and possibilities.
I love connecting ideas, people and experiences – especially those moments when something sparks in conversation and we discover new possibilities together.
And I absolutely love finding ways to make important things happen!
Right now
I'm building Easama
Making more possible.
Easama is a dignity-first technology platform in development that connects what people and families need to access, use or participate in different places, services and experiences – with what organisations can make possible.
I'm bringing 20+ years of experience in strategy, inclusive innovation, design and social change into this new tech startup. I've spent much of my career turning ambitious ideas into reality – learning, experimenting, negotiating and finding ways to make things happen that are ethical, fair and centre wellbeing.
Throughout my work, I've cared deeply about people feeling seen, valued and able to take part. Easama brings that commitment together with my own experience of having multiple needs – and of trying to support others within real organisational constraints.
Currently: Developing Easama, with an initial focus on education providers and event providers, and inviting a small number to collaborate as founding pilot partners.

What brought me here
Doing Social
Trading since 2016
I founded Doing Social, a social enterprise with a mission to help create the conditions for inclusive innovation – enabling more people to shape the ideas, opportunities and changes that affect their lives.
Over the years, I've developed participatory approaches, brought together people and organisations, and led projects that turned ambitious ideas into practical innovations.
Today, the experience, thinking and approaches developed through Doing Social are helping inform what I'm building with Easama.
A few things I'm particularly proud of

Beyond work
Off the clock
I love kickboxing, music, dancing, sightseeing, exploring different cultures and having a proper belly laugh – ideally over a cup of strong tea.
Let's connect
Always happy to meet fellow thinkers, builders, and fun-loving kind souls, to exchange ideas, explore possibilities – or to simply see what emerges.
